I work at the intersection of international higher education, psychology, and career development, helping students in India make informed, values‑aligned decisions about their futures. Over the past 2+ years, I have guided students applying to universities in India and abroad (US, UK, Europe, Singapore), supporting them with subject selection, college shortlisting, applications, and career exploration.With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Krea University and experience in qualitative research, peer support, and mental health–oriented programs, I bring a psychology‑informed lens to college counselling—focusing not just on “best‑fit” colleges, but on student wellbeing, motivation, and long‑term growth.In my roles at Mindler and The Red Pen, I have:1. Advised 100+ students (and their families) through 1‑on‑1 counselling on subjects, college choices, and career pathways in India and overseas.2. Built and managed end‑to‑end application journeys for 15+ international applicants, including college lists, essays, resumes, interviews, and deadlines across multiple countries.3. Delivered workshops and webinars on overseas education, liberal arts, and career exploration for school students across India.I’m especially interested in how AI, ethics, and critical thinking are reshaping college admissions and higher education, and I enjoy writing and speaking about these shifts in the counselling ecosystem.
