1. Program Associate Curriculum and Training

   I worked at the intersection of social-emotional learning (SEL), research, and design, bringing in my background in illustration and storytelling to make learning content more engaging and accessible. I contributed to Labhya’s programs across Uttarakhand, Tripura, Gujarat, and Delhi, with my most significant work in the Gujarat SEL curriculum (Manmanjari) project.Key contributions:1) Co-led the visual and narrative design of Gujarat’s SEL curriculum for about girls across 250 KGBVs which included co-creating the project’s visual identity (branding, logo, character development, website and building a comprehensive illustration respository) while integrating storytelling into curriculum pedagogy.2) Supported the team through design systems setup, post-production workflows and internal documentation frameworks.3) Co-led a gender audit of 120+ lesson plans with an aim to make the Saharsh curriculum gender-transformative.4) Contributed to data colection, traning sessions and needs analysis in different localities for impact studies, building capacity of educators in government schools, understanding the needs on ground.5) Conducted internal capacity-building sessions on charactera dn story building, report writing and AI-assisted tools for research, writing, and design.6) Collaborated with MEL team to co-author reports for different projects.7) Created lesson plans fpr the GJ program with a strong emphasis on story-telling.
