I\'ve spent over 9 years doing the hard, ground-level work of environmental assessment — site studies, regulatory compliance, air quality modeling, impact documentation, and stakeholder coordination across real state and infra sectors.Now I\'m making a deliberate move into ESG and Sustainability — a space I\'ve been studying closely and where I believe my environmental depth gives me a strong foundation that most ESG professionals build toward, not from.My EIA background directly feeds into what ESG teams need most: understanding environmental risk, translating technical data into compliance narratives, and working within regulatory frameworks. I\'m now building on this with self-study in ESG frameworks including GRI, BRSR, and carbon accounting principles.I\'m actively looking for ESG roles — full-time or freelance — where I can contribute immediately on the environmental pillar while growing across the full ESG scope.What I bring to an ESG team— Deep environmental compliance and regulatory knowledge (9+ years)— EIA documentation, air quality modeling, field assessment experience— Familiarity with GRI, BRSR frameworks through active self-study— A practitioner\'s mindset — I understand what happens on the ground, not just in reports Open to ESG analyst, sustainability coordinator, or consultant roles
