In Accenture, I joined as a Manager in April 2011 in the Talent and Organization practice taking care of large SAP Training Development Projects across the globe. In January 2013, I took the role of Delivery Manager taking care of all Learning & Training projects in the Health and Public Service Industry across the Americas, EMEA, and Australia. Thereby, I was promoted as Senior Manager in September 2013. As part of my current role, I am responsible for- Ensuring all projects adhere to the defined delivery processes at all times- Managing the execution of the agreed scope for design and development within schedule, budget and quality for all projects- Managing project risks and interfacing with multiple stakeholders both in the client organization and within Accenture for all projects- Managing approximately 80 FTE team at peak YTD and managing a revenue of no less $1 million across all H & PS projects- Ensuring up-skilling of team members across projects and <10% attrition out of H & PS projects- Directly managing at least one project and a customer score of 9 or more- Supporting the Solution Architects with a focus on Learning & Collaboration all geographies In addition, in January 2012, I led the Instructional Design Capability Development for the India practice. Currently, my role has been expanded as a Lead for Global Instructional Design Core Capability, building the functional capability across all Capability Network nodes (India, China, Argentina, Poland, and Warsaw).
