   I joined Trimont as part of a portfolio transition from Wells Fargo, continuing my support for the same set of commercial real estate loans within the Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) function. This seamless transition allowed me to maintain continuity in loan servicing responsibilities, including managing borrower communications, monitoring loan performance, and ensuring compliance with servicing agreements. By leveraging my existing knowledge of the portfolio, I was able to contribute immediately to Trimont’s operations while adapting to new systems and internal processes. My role focused on upholding high servicing standards and ensuring a smooth transfer of critical loan data and documentation.• Transitioned to Trimont as part of a portfolio transfer from Wells Fargo, ensuring continuity of service for a diverse set of commercial real estate loans. • Provide ongoing servicing and asset management support for a portfolio of complex commercial mortgage loans, including CMBS and balance sheet deals. • Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, lenders, and third-party stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of servicing requests and compliance matters. • Review and process borrower consents, including leasing, property management changes, and reserve fund disbursements. • Monitor loan performance, covenant compliance, and property financials to proactively address potential issues and mitigate risk.• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to follow up on outstanding post-closing items and escalate issues impacting collateral or loan performance.
