I am passionate HR Professional, with the help of my previous experience, I have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment right from sourcing candidates & making screening calls to rolling out the offers. My experience ranges from recruiting Interns & Entry-level candidates to Senior Managers in domains such as BFSI, Sales & Marketing, Product Design, IT and many more. While my role included executive search, hunting out the best talent in the industry into myriad roles both tech & non-tech, it wasn\'t limited to it. Few of my other skills include hands-on experience, working with multiple job portals, Stakeholder Management, Interview Co-ordination, Candidate Management, etc. I also have had the privilege to give my contribution in a Campus Recruitment drive.I received an early exposure and a good introduction to the corporate world.
