Mantaining Bending of the sink as per standars set. Check the parameters such as Temperature Cycle, vibration min, Air pressure according to the standard operating procedures. Preparing Shift wise production reports(SPRC), Daily rejection reports(DRR), Mould wise production reports(MPSR), First Article Report(FAR), Thickness Report (TR), Sink Bending Data Sheet(SBDS), Pressure Vessel Sheet(PV), Vessel calibration scale sheet, Machine Breakdown Report(MBDR), Syrup Preparation Book (SP). Mantaining Shift wise Log book. Mantaining Shift wise Wastage Report. Review and Mantain Daily Planning according to Order Quantity. Check the quality of sinks produced in each mould.Mantaining 5S Lean tool in the shop floor. Daily Entering data of Production and Rejection of Barcode sticked to various sinks of different mould in ERP shift wise. Mantaining Syrup Viscosity with B4 cup (IS:3944). Taking Sample of Syrup to check viscocity in Lab.
