Experienced techno-legal professional, I provide legal counsel and strategic advice to innovative companies in the fields of wireless communication, artificial intelligence, and internet of things. Currently, I am a counsel at Atomberg Technologies, a leading smart fan company that leverages IoT and AI to create energy-efficient and user-friendly products.Previously, I worked as a senior legal and IP counsel and chief of staff at kWh Motors, a two-wheeler electric vehicle start-up, and as a patent/IP counsel at Samsung Research, where I handled various aspects of intellectual property creation, protection, and enforcement. I also have experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and IT contracts, data privacy laws, open source and regulatory compliance, and negotiating with multiple stakeholders. I hold a bachelor of laws degree in intellectual property law from IIT Kharagpur, a diploma in entrepreneurship administration and business laws from NUJS Kolkata, and a bachelor of technology degree in electronics and communications engineering from RTU Kota. I am passionate about learning new things and solving complex problems, both horizontally and vertically.
