Led a transformation programme to modernise the organisation’s approach to workforce and care management, delivering measurable operational improvements, enhanced data accuracy, and improved reporting capabilities to support long-term strategic planning.Programme Lead for the digital transformation of rostering and care management systems across a multi-service organisation, encompassing five service streams and over 120 site implementations.Reporting directly to the company owners and directors (acting as project sponsors), I worked in close collaboration with the Finance Director, Head of ICT, HR, and operational service managers to deliver an enterprise-wide transition from paper-based systems to fully digital solutions. This included managing all aspects of the programme lifecycle — from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities included:Full ownership and delivery of the implementation roadmap, aligning with business goals and strategic priorities.Leading cross-functional teams to introduce new processes, procedures, and digital workflows aimed at streamlining operations and driving cost efficiencies.Managing all RAIDDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) and maintaining full programme governance to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.Designing and embedding scalable solutions to improve visibility, compliance, workforce planning, and care outcomes across the organisation.
