Sourcing & Candidate IdentificationUse US-specific job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal ATS to source relevant candidates.Actively search for passive candidates using Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media sourcing techniques.Leverage candidate databases, networking groups, and referrals for niche skillsets.3. Screening & ShortlistingConduct initial telephonic or video screenings to evaluate:Technical skills and domain knowledge (BFSI tools, Pharma compliance, Tech stacks).Work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, EAD, etc.).Availability, location preference, compensation expectation (C2C, W2, 1099 models).Share detailed candidate summaries with the delivery manager or client.4.
