I have always been an achiever with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. This is highlighted by the fact I was promoted to a Technical Manager within just three years. I have helped my clients in devising processes and finding solution to root causes of problems using analytical skills that have resulted in optimal, scaled, waste –free and highly efficient processes.I am a swift learner and smooth adaptor, with the flexibility to transfer my skills and knowledge in different manufacturing settings and varied management presence. Before becoming a manager, my experience as a consultant has developed my communication skills and a strong ideation process. Being a Technical Manager, I have not only taken care of the technology aspect, but also integrated them to business operations and led to high sales volume. I derive energy from working with people and contributing to their individual development, as well as that of the team. Currently, I am a recent graduate from Case Western Reserve University, wherein I have completed my Masters of Engineering and Management.
