Implement processes to ensure predictive service and lead S & OP to ensure right demand stack up in line with ambition. Manage 6 of the biggest distribution centers in the country ranging from 2.5 lakh - 5 lakh SQFT each and develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels while ensuring product availability, minimizing stock-outs and wastages. Deliver Day 0, Allocation to invoice %, Despatch Rate & Business Waste goals as per agreed targets4. Unlock value by Direct Despatch to customers5. Plan Storage capacity & Throughput for DCs with On-time & accurate buffer operations while delivering superior TAT6. Driving Net productivity across branch operation to deliver Warehouse and Freight cost targets.7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including safety, health, and environmental standards.8.
