I’m an Engineering Manager with 11+ years of experience, mostly in the financial services space, where I’ve built scalable, resilient systems and led teams through complex technical challenges. I enjoy solving problems that require both deep technical thinking and a collaborative mindset.Over the years, I’ve worked across the full SDLC and with a variety of technologies—C#, Java, Scala, and more, which has helped me stay adaptable and continuously evolve with the industry. But what drives me most is building strong teams and delivering impactful solutions.In my current role, I wear multiple hats: I lead engineering efforts, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure smooth coordination across cross-functional teams. I focus on creating an environment where developers can do their best work—by refining processes, introducing best practices, and fostering a culture of learning and ownership.Stakeholder communication is a big part of what I do—whether it’s aligning on priorities, setting realistic expectations, or translating technical details into business value. I believe that great engineering leadership is not just about writing good code, but about enabling people, building trust, and delivering outcomes that matter.
