Project: HANWHA OCEAN – P-79 FPSO ProjectClient: PetrobrasLocation: South KoreaI am currently involved in commissioning activities for the P-79 FPSO project as an Instrument Supervisor.• Supervision of instrument loop checking, calibration, and function testing.• Verification and troubleshooting of signal communication from field to control system (PLC/ESD/F&G).• Coordination with electrical, process, and control teams during cold and hot loop checks.• Ensuring correct implementation of instrument installations as per P & ID, hook-up drawings, and datasheets.• Executing commissioning procedures for pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, control valves, solenoids, and shutdown valves.• Monitoring ICSS integration (PLC/ESD/FGS) and verifying logic test sheets.• Leading field commissioning punch clearance and system readiness for pre-startup reviews.• Ensuring compliance with project safety standards, PTW system, and HSE requirements.
