From my early days as a CA aspirant, I developed a strong inclination towards Direct Taxation, which led me to pursue my articleship in Direct Tax Litigation at Ved Jain & Associates. This foundation helped me build a nuanced understanding of tax law, litigation strategy, and practical problem-solving.I currently serve as a Consultant at JSA, where I work extensively on Direct and Corporate Tax matters in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions. My role involves navigating complex tax structuring issues, conducting detailed legal and tax analysis, and handling litigation matters across forums including CIT(A), ITAT, and the High Courts and Supreme Court.Driven by a keen interest in international taxation and cross-border transactions, I am deeply engaged in legal research, case analysis, and drafting of opinions and submissions.
