I have worked in Quality/Technical/Process & New Product Development including specifications functions.I have direct experience within chilled to ambient environments such as low risk and high care areas, this includes categories of ready meals, poultry, ready to eat and confectionary product processes.I aspire to develop my own skills and experiences within the chosen job role. I have attained food safety level 3 and HACCP level 3, ISO auditor, BRC V8 Auditor.My career aim is to be either a consultant/ auditor on a full-time basis using past and current experiences and knowledge gained over the years to support businesses.
