Having spent more than 20 years in the industry in association with some leading multinationals, I have gained rich experience in formulating different cleaning and hygiene products for FMCG and industrial consumers. I work with brilliant scientists in my team on several categories like personal care, laundry detergents, kitchen cleaners, floor & surface cleaners, etc. I implement my experience and skills of Project Management, Design for Six Sigma, Performance validation & Claim generation needed for taking the product from Concept to Launch and also coach the fellow scientists I work with.
