I have spent my last 32 years of working career in PEIM (Pressure Equipment Integrity Management) of large complex Assets at Indian Oil Corporation in India and Shell in Qatar, Singapore and UK offshore.Since CUI has seen the highest impact of corrosion on Asset integrity world wide, I took up the latest challenge in CUI and Piping Integrity Program in Bukom Refinery and Chemicals, Singapore for more than last 6 years, which is mostly ageing Asset and challenging to reduce LOPC and maximise Leak Saves.Integrity management at Pearl Gas-To-Liquid complex in Qatar was a total experience from Project implementation, Commissioning, Startup, sustained Operation and Major Turnaround of each Train.Integrity management at Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara, India for first 14 years was mix of ageing assets and new assets added in various phases of Project like grass root Atmospheric Distillation Unit, Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit, Diesel Hydro Desulfurization Unit, Linear Alkyl Benzene Unit, Cross country pipelines, API-650 designed Storage Tanks, etc.
