Trained and deployed a fine tuned llama model using PEFT (LoRA) for bank statement analysis increased accuracy to 90%, and extracted the entire bank statement. Quantized the model with w4a16 quantization and implemented FlashAttention reducing memory usage of the model by 15% and dynamic KV caching to save on processing power improving the latency by 60%. Spearheaded the design and implementation of a novel RAG system for complex financial report analysis (15-500 pages), fine-tuning YOLOv8 for table detection and leveraging TATR (Table Transformer), achieving an 81% accuracy, 85% recall, and delivering a 200% performance uplift and 250% operational cost reduction. Deployed the project using Django and celery. Contributed to development and deployment of an LGBM-based fraud detection model using mobile number with multiple API sources for data collection and achieving an 81% F1-score and 84% ROC AUC. Architected and developed core modules and systems for \"Safelens\" an AI-driven customer validation verification tool, employing advanced OCR and LLM strategies for precise data extraction, rigorous hygiene and special trigger checks for fraud detection, and inter/intra-document validation and verification achieving >95% efficacy in identity verification using given documents. Engineered an LLM-driven data standardization and extraction engine for Bhutan\'s RMA, designing intelligent rules and mappings to unify diverse bank statements for automated transaction linkage and fraud detection. Used postgresQL for Database. Used NLP for document classification achieving 100% accuracy for more than 20 document classes. Using naive bayes andembedding based approach using Canonical Question Embeddings for achieving state of the art accuracy.
