For end consumers - I look at Payments and Reconciliations, basically ensuring your payments and refunds behave themselves, a $150Bn worth of them :)For merchants - I\'m currently looking at all of your complaints about Settlements, and I promise they\'re getting prioritized as feature improvements.Most days here are spent tuning an AI system that keeps Razorpay’s money movement universe in sync, powering everything from payments to chargebacks to the strange edge cases nobody admits they created. It talks to Cards, POS, PG, Cross border gateways, and somehow they all talk back.I\'m also looking at improving the merchant-side settlement UX, making settlements and recon simpler, cleaner, and a little less painful than it used to be.
