I have over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer, with a passion for creating engaging and personalized email campaigns that drive customer loyalty and retention. I have a master\'s degree in computer science and three Salesforce certifications in marketing email, cloud administration and marketing cloud developer. I am currently a senior developer at RH, a leading home furnishings company, where I help the marketing team leverage the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver exceptional customer experiences.At RH, I have developed and helped the team migrate from the old instance to the new instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and created emails in the process. I have also implemented the Mobile Studio component in the organization, developed cloud pages based on user requirements, and worked with the offshore team to send the reporting from our SFMC to another source system. I have used my skills in AMPscript, journey mapping, automation studio, and data loader to create complex and dynamic email campaigns, and integrated Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud using MC Connector. I have a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, and I enjoy collaborating with other developers, marketers, and stakeholders to achieve the best results.
