Major duties include working as individual contributor for various new technology VPI projects, solving field failure issues, working on cost reduction projects. Leading a small team of extended team members, helping new campus hire students for 3 months project allocation and review task.I have worked on near close piston metal temperature prediction using FSI by coupling ANSYS Fluent (Includes Piston Oil Sloshing CFD) and ANSYS Mechanical (Includes Piston Steady Thermal FE Model). I have worked on new VPI programs for cylinder head, block, liner and valves near close metal temperature prediction using Conjugate Heat Transfer model using simplified boiling model and calibrating model with thermal survey test data. I have worked on one of critical great impacts on warranty cost incurred from Field failure for liner cavitation and surface erosion prediction using coupled multiphase AVL EXCITE (includes piston secondary motion EPIL joint analysis)+ AVL FIRE (includes liner water jacket CFD model).I have worked on Genset 3D CFD model for key parameters including Canopy restriction, LAT, FAN Operating Point, Heat Exchanges (Radiator, CAC, Fuel Coolers etc.) pressure restriction. I have worked on 1D KULI CFD analysis for Genset 1D air and cooling circuit development and key parameters predictions including LAT, FAN Operating Point, Heat Exchanges (Radiator, CAC, Fuel Coolers etc.) pressure restrictionI have worked on 1D GT Lube oil and cooling circuit development.I have successfully completed Manthan Batch-2 Level-1 Certification \"Capability Development Program in Data-Analytics - A Journey from data to decisions\"
