Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts for the group and posting of various accountancy journals across all the group companies including work-in-progress calculations and bad debt provisions Managing accruals and prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations across various group entities Supervising an outsourcing project of with the firm and training individuals in key areas of accounts preparation Preparing, reviewing and filing of VAT returns of 7 group entities Assisting with the implementation of a new finance system (Microsoft Business Central) and assisting with team with technical assistance on posting on to the new system Preparation of the Supplier and Expenses payment Runs on a fortnightly basis and make sure supplier expectations are managed Assist with cashflow forecasting with predicted payments to be made in the following 3 months Calculate Cash collection targets for the credit control Preparing of weekly KPIs for the board to review of various group companies Assisting with ad-hoc queries from the group FD and CFO
