The goal of this project was to create a unified platform to manage all Project Management activities. As a team member, my role was to assist the Project Manager in reviewing and refining the requirements to ensure that they were comprehensive and met the expectations of the project board. To achieve this, I was involved in various tasks, including: Conducting workshops to gain insights into user personas and their perspectives, which helped me identify key requirements that had to be met by the platform. Defining an efficient requirement capture process that allowed us to collect all the necessary information, ensuring that we did not miss any critical requirements. Validating the quality and completeness of User Stories, which helped us refine the requirements further and ensure that the platform met the project objectives. Developing a testing strategy that included identifying testing requirements, creating test plans, and producing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts. Through my contributions, the project was able to meet its objectives and provide a high-quality solution to streamline Project Management activities.
