Someone told me my LinkedIn profile doesn\'t do any justice to my actual experience. Feedback taken. I have supported various organizations as head of HR, with responsibility for up to 340 employees in a management consultancy, up to 350 employees at a legal tech startup, and up to sales employees at a national organization. At Verizon Wireless, I quickly grew into various top leadership roles. As manager of HR, I supported the opening of a brand-new call center and filled it with over 400 new hires within 3 months. A year later I designed and implemented a retention plan that took the call center from 27th place in retention to 9th place. My retention strategies were adopted nationally. Years later, as Associate Director of HR, I led the beginning of VZW business in Alaska, which allowed for the opening of VZW retail stores there. As the Regional Director of HR at Comcast, I had responsibility over two of the largest sales organizations for the West Division. I supported VPs of HR and their HR Directors across 12 states. We worked to identify and implement retention strategies, opportunities for revenue growth, and effective performance management strategies. Additionally, in less than 2 years I led change initiatives that supported up to 18 national directives which impacted over 1100 employee jobs and did so with no disruption to the business. My strategies were recognized with awards and adopted by the other region leaders.My ability to design pragmatic people and culture initiatives then took me to mid-size startups. As head of HR, I was responsible for talent strategies that doubled headcount while tripling company revenue. Due to their success, both organizations became attractive to PE firms and were acquired in an average timespan of 3 to 4 years. Today, as CEO and Founder of Suite Advisory LLC, I provide strategic HR services to Founders and C-Suite executives to grow their businesses and organizations. I help them identify the right solutions for business or people concerns. I know how to Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and improve selection and hiring processes. Develop retention strategies that support high-performance cultures. Guide organizations through culture transformation, mergers, and transitions while staying focused on growth. Prepare and influence CEOs and executives on succession planning, total rewards reinvention, strategic performance management programs, and HR compliance, all while driving for operational excellence and measurable ROI.
