Handling complete Recruitment Life cycle, Handling IT & Non IT requirements.• Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of certificates, taking identity and address proofs, issuing appointment and closing the joining formalities• Experienced into First level of screening the resumes before submitting to the Client/Account Manager• Understanding the job requirements received from the Clients & Sharing with the team accordingly their experience levels• Searching & short listing the candidates resumes through job portals(Dice, Indeed, Career builder, LinkedIn Etc.) and references• Posting the jobs in job portals (ceipal)• Mass mailing for various Positions, Able to communicate with candidates.• Checked for availability of candidates for further interview with clients.• Validating and gathering the vital information like total work ex, present company, location, relocation, position, current CTC, expected CTC, qualification and, skill sets available for interview with clients, expected joining time etc• Effective salary negotiation with candidates• Lining up the candidates and Scheduling interviews with clients and follow up on the feedbacks till joining• Stay in touch with candidate till joining• Working on multiple profiles and Clearly communicated all aspects of the offer including salary, benefits, relocating, etc.
