Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for Professional IT Staffing - Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire positions Work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies as well as privately held companies. Metrics: 10+ submittals a week based on open job requisitions, 5 interviews, and 2+ placements per month.Responsible for full life cycle recruiting services, including strategy, sourcing, screening, technical evaluations and candidate closure.Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement Negotiate salary with candidates and negotiate pay rate with contracting companies and close the position.Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.Arrange for client interviews and possible offer of employment Ensure appropriate paperwork is done for Placements Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.Update the Resourcing Application System routinelyConducting Telephonic Interview (to check availability, communication skills, project experience, cost and other related factors)Attended weekly and monthly calls with MSP (Managed Service Providers) program.
