Responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure a high standard of building, machinery, plant, fixtures, and equipment’s in all departments Achieving total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources. Lead the team of engineers. Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety policies. Involving in day-to-day maintenance and upkeep. Training programs of staff and emergency handling. Possessing exposure to IGH standards for design & operation execution. Conducting project meeting for handing over and ensured timely response where our commitments to our guests, colleagues, owners, and vendor stands for excellence and a positive attitude Handling entire maintenance operation of entire Resort facility and maintain all equipment’s on boards, including guest rooms, building structure, all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, 33 KV HT & LT, Synchronizing, Transformer, BMS, CMS, Plumbing & fire fighting, Fire alarm and Detection, Laundry and Kitchen, Food and beverage M/C, DG set, Chillers plant, AHU, AWU, Reverse Osmosis Water Plant, STP and related equipment as per guest service, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation standards and programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them in proper working order and appearance. Coordinate all renovation, expansion, and special projects Accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining resort maintenance procedures, staffing, and training to achieve property maintenance and guest service objectives. Creating a work environment that is high employee morale and delivering constant learning & developments and use the feedback from employee satisfaction survey to draw an action plan
