My key responsibilities included: →Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that informed business decisions and improved performance. →Building and maintaining data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders. →Working collaboratively with business partners to identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive value for the organization. →Contributing to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. →Supporting the design and implementation of data models and data structures to enable effective reporting and analysis. →Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data and analytics initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives. During my time at Manulife, I developed strong skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data management. I also gained experience working with a variety of data tools and technologies, including SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
