   I was working on a 5-month strategic UX initiative to design a new consumer-facing insurance aggregator app in the InsurTech space, aligning user-centered design with business goals and evolving market demands. Conducted comprehensive industry and business case studies to uncover opportunity areas and executed secondary research including classification studies, competitor benchmarking, and market trend synthesis. Created and maintained a centralized QIA (Qualitative Insight Artifact) repository mapped across business contexts to support scalable feature development.Directed end-to-end primary research including exploratory research, structured user interviews, and causal surveys to surface core user pain points and behavioral patterns. Applied the QIA-EMEX-IM framework to translate findings into actionable insights. Led sentiment and mental model analysis to understand emotional motivators and usability expectations.Facilitated feature mapping and information analysis to guide product clarity and navigation. Built a robust information architecture using taxonomy classification, card sorting, and information relationship modeling. Developed detailed personas and journey prompts grounded in user data to inform product vision.Owned and led the usability testing process across multiple high-fidelity prototypes, driving iterative improvements through mixed-method feedback from diverse user groups. Delivered data-backed recommendations for modules such as Premium Finder, Insurance Comparison, and Provider Trust Ratings. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement insight-driven design strategies, boosting product usability, trust, and engagement across the consumer journey.
