As a Professional Services Associate Director, I oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of large, multi-module Zycus Source-to-Pay (S2P) or ERP rollout programs across APAC and ANZ geographies by establishing strong Program Governance and Oversight. I lead a team of Program Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with quality while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Intelligence, and Product teams. Also, I ensure successful strategic value realization to all the clients so that they achieve measurable outcomes using our product. I manage P&L of my region – ensuring profitability while meeting client\'s expectations. I am responsible for renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities. I oversee program-level risks and dependencies, including change management and regulatory alignment. I ensure adoption of Zycus’s iAnalyze/iContract/iSource/Merlin AI modules as per client needs.
