Client: Major Canadian BankResponsibility-• Assist in tracking project cost, schedule, and technical performance for the major acquisition of another bank which opened a new market• Led 4 teams of approximately 10 team members actively involved in project deliverables• Working closely with counterparts at the acquired organization to come up with a technical plan for the integration• Provide project-specific support by providing observations and recommendations on the project by identifying risk, and creating impact analysis and mitigation plans• Support earned value management processes by reviewing the Integrated Master Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Integrated Master Schedule, cost, and contract performance data • In addition to budget development, support includes inputs to the expenditure plans (Fiscal Year Expenditures and spending plan) and Resource Allocation Plans (RAPs)• Develop, review, and provide technical inputs on pre-contractual documentation to include Acquisition Strategies and Plans to combine Customers for both organizations • Report information on the status of vendor task order projects, and any associated modifications• Evaluate the current status against the established Performance Measurement Baseline metrics• Participating in rigorous Mocks to prepare for organization-wide GoLive• Coordinate and execute playbook steps between multiple teams for a smooth GoLive: System Integration
