With nearly four decades of experience across infrastructure and commercial construction, I operate at the intersection of commercial governance, risk oversight, and strategic infrastructure advisory. My work centers on strengthening institutional controls, aligning commercial frameworks with enterprise risk discipline, and safeguarding long-term stakeholder value. I have served across clients, consultants, and contracting organizations, providing a comprehensive understanding of project ecosystems, fiduciary accountability, and contractual risk allocation in complex environments. My engagement today extends beyond execution into governance advisory, dispute and arbitration oversight, valuation, and structured risk management. As a Fellow of RICS (UK), Fellow of the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners, Fellow of the Indian Institution of Valuers, Accredited Arbitrator, and Qualified Independent Director, I bring an evidence-led, compliance-conscious approach to board-level deliberations and independent oversight. My experience supports organizations in navigating contract structuring, disruption analysis, commercial restructuring, and dispute mitigation within both domestic and internationally influenced frameworks. I also remain committed to capacity building through mentoring, assessment, and executive training—supporting the development of future leaders in project and commercial governance. Selected Governance & Commercial Milestones • Executed one of the earliest Design & Build lump-sum contracts in the Indian real estate sector. • Delivered a lump-sum no-variation contract as Project Management Consultant for a statutory housing authority. • Negotiated and awarded contracts exceeding ₹10 billion (USD 100M). • Finalized final accounts above ₹2.5 billion (USD 35M). • Administered and resolved change orders exceeding ₹500 million (USD 7M). • Implemented procurement and cost governance measures generating savings exceeding ₹200 million (USD 3M).
