Presently, I\'m working as \'Sr Manager Software Engineering\' for DXC and responsible for Life & Wealth (L&W) Product Development and some of the client implementation / services projects on New Business and Life Policy Admin side. A realistic, cooperative individual who foresees challenges, makes thoughtful choices, and uses humor to engage others. looks for different ways to accomplish goals and get past dead ends. From new business, product definition, customer service, agent support, policy administration, and maintenance, among other areas of the L&W Insurance domain, our team is in charge of the entire product line\'s development and delivery. Delivery & Staff Management, Project Scope & Planning, Status Monitoring & Reporting, Process Compliance & Optimization, Delivery Assurance, Recruitment, Audits, and ensuring prompt communication with multiple stakeholders, including Client Management, are among the main duties of the position. Had participated as an Assessment Team Member (ATM) for P-CMM Level 5 Assessment and a Certified Internal Quality Auditor. Actively contributed to develop Product Knowledge Framework/Certification and executed Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program. Had been to US to learn Product, Business Functionality & Technologies, and to Japan to deliver Product/Framework knowledge to internal DXC Sales team.
