With over two decades of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations across India’s leading manufacturing organizations, I have built a career defined by People-Centric Transformation, Business Alignment, and Organizational Resilience.My journey spans reputed conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Group, Welspun, Reliance Industries, Essar Group, Mahindra Logistics, Hero MotoCorp, and Sun Pharma, where I have successfully led complex Industrial Relations, handled multiplicity of unions, and driven end-to-end talent management — acquisition, development, retention & Diversity & Inclusion — for diverse, large-scale workforces.As Head – HR for Sun Pharma’s Two largest and most critical regulatory plant with over employees, I led transformative employee relations initiatives, normalized long-standing industrial challenges, and strengthened engagement and leadership capability across levels.Currently serving as Corporate Lead – HR, ER & Legal, I provide strategic HR leadership across 18 manufacturing units, 2 R&D centers, and the corporate office, influencing the professional experience of over employees.
