Helped set up the team from scratch in India· Experienced in delivering transformation and regulatory programs with hands on experience in driving strategy, architecture and implementation of cost effective solutions.· Was Lead Designer for Structural Reform Programme (Ring Fencing legislation) for Barclays UK data team (2mn GBP, 80 + people, 100+ applications)· Was Portfolio design lead for cards portfolio from data integration and warehousing team.· Was Lead Designer for Barclay Card Merchant Services technology transformation programme from Data Integration and warehousing team. 3 years transform programme involved 73 different teams, 400 plus use cases and 100MM GBP plus budget. Data integration was the biggest component.· Has been responsible for multi million, critical program deliveries from offshore for 2 of the top 10 banks in US, involving both Application Development and Application Management and Support projects. 4mn USD, 70+ people across multiple locations. · Has been a technical CoE Lead for a BI reporting CoE, handling innovation, training, pilots, technical escalations and recruitment issues across accounts. Has designed and delivered solutions for new warehouses, system migrations for cards hosting platform, payment components from data integration perspective.
