Challenges excite me…! I can say with confidence that I am a fit person for the employers because of my wide-ranging and long experience in the profession. I entered the journalism field in Nagpur as a rural correspondent 37 years ago. Since then, I have had a steady rise: Reporter, sub-editor, senior sub-editor, head of Vidarbha regional bureau, Nagpur city chief reporter, assistant editor- branch head & Editor & CEO. In my reporting career, I have uncovered and reported several stories that have had far- reaching ramifications. As assistant editor of \'Deshonnati\' newspaper, my responsibility was to supervise the publication of six editions. Before that, as Moffusile Desk In-Charge at \'Saamana\", I co-ordinated the editorial content of all districts in Vidarbha. Till May 2013, I was Regional Head, Vidarbha, for Hindustan Samachar, a national news agency. Besides, I have written, creatively and informatively, on various issues such as politics, entertainment, culture etc. I have sound knowledge of layouts and placement of news. Along with journalism, I have also been worked as a media and public relations consultant for 20 years. I have worked with a major steel company as a media consultant & and President (corporate affairs). Since last 6 years I am working as an Editor & CEO of Vidarbha region’s main stream daily Lokshahi Varta. As a Editor & Chief Executive Officer, I’m controlling Editorial, Production, Circulation, Administration & Advertisement department of Daily Lokshahi Varta, Nagpur I am a graduate in Marathi literature and post graduate in mass communication. This education has consistently reflected in my work. I consider myself as an efficient all-rounder.
