My journey in HR started with a strong interest in understanding how the right people, data, and planning can shape business success. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, and Workforce Planning, building a well-rounded perspective on how organizations attract, manage, and deploy talent effectively.Currently, I work as a Resource Management Analyst at EY Global Delivery Services, where I focus on workforce planning and resource allocation across global portfolios. My role involves working closely with business and delivery leaders to balance demand and capacity, forecast workforce needs, and ensure the right talent is deployed at the right time. I regularly work with FTE planning, utilization tracking, and capacity modelling to help teams operate efficiently while meeting delivery and financial goals.Before this, I worked with Mphasis as an HR Analyst in the Talent Acquisition COE. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, candidate engagement, and HR operations. One of the milestones I’m proud of is contributing to a 53% joiner conversion rate across 1,100+ offers by improving post-offer engagement and tracking candidate behaviour through data insights. I also worked on recruitment dashboards, hiring platform analysis, vendor coordination, and governance processes to support informed hiring decisions.What I enjoy most about my work is combining data, process thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to solve real business challenges. Whether it’s improving hiring outcomes, optimizing workforce utilization, or providing insights that support leadership decisions, I believe thoughtful analysis and clear communication make a meaningful difference.I’m always open to learning, sharing ideas, and connecting with professionals working in workforce planning, HR analytics, talent strategy, and people operations.

   In my current role at EY, I work within the Resource Management function, focusing on workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and optimizing talent deployment across global engagements. I collaborate closely with business and delivery leaders to align project demand with available talent while supporting delivery timelines, utilization targets, and financial objectives.A key part of my role involves analysing demand pipelines, project forecasts, and skill requirements to support accurate FTE planning and capacity modelling. By reviewing forecast accuracy and monitoring utilization trends, I help identify potential demand–supply gaps and support proactive staffing decisions that minimize bench time while maintaining delivery readiness.I also support resource allocation and deployment planning, working with project managers to balance workloads and resolve staffing challenges across engagements. Through continuous monitoring of headcount metrics, utilization levels, and workload distribution, I help improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency.In addition, I contribute to workforce reporting and governance, preparing insights on availability, utilization, and forecast variance. These reports support leadership teams in making informed decisions related to staffing strategies and workforce planning.This experience has strengthened my expertise in workforce analytics, capacity planning, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven workforce management in a fast-paced global delivery environment.
