   This is a new manufacturing plant - green field project. Ensured all EHS compliances from completely vacant site to whole factory civil, commissioning, erection work to first product out from the factory. Successfully implemented the IMS system with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certificates. Developing Zero Harm culture to people and the environment. Implementing Johnson Controls Manufacturing System (JCMS), zero carbon footprint, product lifecycle assessment, end life of product, zero land fill etc. Set all process as per OSHA and JC global standards. Developing safety culture among all levels. Timely motivate the employee to create safety culture. Developing environment awareness for sustainable development. Support to Johnson Controls India engineering centres, project sites Wearhouse etc. for EHS audit, EHS training, implement the EHS compliances, Zero Harm culture. Continue to guide the plant team for compliances of factory act, Maharshtra factory rule, Environment protection act, Hazardous waste management rule, plastic management rule etc. Support plant team for customer audits. Develop EHS annual budget and give cost effective solutions. Conduct factory periodic EHS review with leadership team. Implement digitization in EHS reporting, EHS review, EHS audits, compliance parameters tracking system through Johnson Controls Open Blue platform and performance management system (EHSIS). Appreciate the employees for the EHS project, EHS performers, Bravo awards etc. Conduct internal safety audit, HIRA review, safety & environmental emergency drills. Timely response to DISH, CPCB, MPCB & government bodies. Develop EHS incentive plan and successfully implement. Report, investigate and keep records of all EHS incidents. Represent as plant EHS head with global leadership team. Develop systematic EhS road map for smooth plant operations.
