ABOUT BHARTI DOCTOR B RAJPUT

Hi! I’m Doctor B, a foot expert on a mission to make foot health care wisdom go viral! My belief is that we as humans have the power to realise our potential when we put our best foot forward. I was born in Kenya and arrived in the UK as a teenager with a dream to establish a career that involved ‘Seva’ a word I had heard numerous times in my childhood. ‘Seva’ in Sanskrit translates to an attitude of service performed to benefit other human beings. This philosophy is now my daily personal compass & navigates each decision whether it be business/personal. After graduating in Podiatric Medicine, my quest to further explore the intricacies of human movement brought me to sunny Dundee. On completion of my PhD, and rather exhausted by the complex world of academia, in 2011, I established my flagship clinic Sole Body Soul in Dundee which is home to Scotland’s first design museum, The V&A Dundee. Podiatry is a very rewarding profession but there are still some parts of the world where the specialism doesn’t exist and this must change! I really feel that a visit to a Podiatrist should be just as essential as a visit to your doctor/dentist!I regularly contributor to the press & media & I\'ve been featured in The Mirror, Daily Mail, Saga Magazine & BBC Radio Scotland to name a few.I feel very blessed to have been nominated for and won multiple awards for my work & I was most honoured to have stepped foot in Buckingham Palace to receive an MBE award for services to Podiatry by Her Majesty the Queen…so far it was the best day of my life!Each day as I continue on my journey, I feel very grateful as I’ve met so many beautiful people & shared some amazing stories, laughter & tears too.our patients tell us that they have happiness with every step after they’ve met me or our amazing team at Sole Body Soul clinic at our location between Dundee and Broughty Ferry.I guess that’s what it is all about.
