Bharti builds and scales ventures at the intersection of hospital innovation, deep science and capital, as a board‑level venture creation leader and bi‑jurisdictional UK–Canada commercialization expert. She has translated university & hospital IP into spin‑outs and licenses across therapeutics, MedTech, diagnostics and digital health.As Head of Ventures at UHN, she is architecting an institutional venture engine that systematically surfaces, de‑risks and spins out high‑value clinical and research innovations, whilst assembling founding and management teams around them.
