ABOUT BRIAN HARROLD
I am Brian Harrold and I am an aspiring chef. I did things backwards in the eyes of most chefs seeing that I went to school before having any professional culinary experience. After graduating from UNLV in the Culinary Arts Management field, I continued on to attain two more degrees at CSN (A.A, A.A.S). Some would say this is in excess but I think the focus on culinary at CSN really gave me the excitement and drive to be a chef. After years of experience in various restaurants, I have begun my own catering and consulting business; What\'s Next! It is a catering company that will have unlimited choices in cuisine for development of the next generation of culinary artistry. I will also be consulting with other business owners about menu development, culinary management, and expansion to the Southern Nevada area and beyond.
