I reduced the production defect backlog by 70%, implemented code for critical billing and bookkeeping systems, and led an offshore team of five. I have expertise in Python, COBOL, and DB2 and hold multiple certifications from Splunk, IBM, and Scaled Agile. At OSU, I am also a Teaching Assistant for three undergraduate courses, where I grade and answer questions for more than 100 students, demonstrating my communication and mentoring skills.
