Currently working as a Financial Analyst at eClerx, where I am gaining hands-on experience in the reconciliation process. My role primarily focuses on cash reconciliation and position reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between internal records and custodian/broker statements.I am responsible for identifying and resolving cash breaks and position breaks, reconciling share positions, and investigating discrepancies through detailed analysis. This role has helped me develop strong skills in attention to detail, financial analysis, and problem-solving.In addition, I actively handle email communications with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve breaks efficiently and ensure timely closure of reconciliations. Through this process, I am continuously learning and strengthening my understanding of financial operations and controls.
