Responsibilities:• Source candidates from internal databases, job portals, search engines, networking sites, references etc.• Develop pipeline of consultants both on proactive and reactive basis to anticipating the needs of various practice areas• Negotiate Compensation/Benefits with respect to hiring mode(W2 hourly, W2 salary/1099/ H1 Transfers).• Involves in whole recruitment lifecycle• Submitting profiles on W2/1099 and H1B transfers only, as most of the requirements are from Direct clients need to submit H1B transfers/ consultants on W2/1099.Formatting and submitting the profile according to their specific client style.
