ABOUT RAGHAV BHARGAVA

My journey has been significantly shaped by my grandfather - an Olympian who represented India in wrestling in the 1948 London Olympics. His discipline, passion, determination and ability to challenge himself influenced me enormously and I strive to carry those qualities forward in my life and work. Following my grandfather\'s example, I am passionate about solving problems for businesses and helping them achieve their full potential. I am a maximizer who always strives for the best. I derive energy from working in fast paced team environments. My resilience and desire to develop impactful solutions made me comfortable in working through ambiguity and challenges. During my tenure at Mu Sigma as a Decision Scientist (equivalent to Analytics Consultant), I had the privilege of working with various Fortune 100 companies in a client-facing role and solving problems like customer churn and demand forecasting through analytics. While at Gartner, I helped device client engagement and retention strategies at a global level across various Gartner products. My strength lies in fostering great relationships with clients and ease of working with global teams. Following my bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from a leading Indian engineering school, it was my desire to learn at a renowned global university that pushed me to move to Canada and pursue an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University (class of 2021). Outside of classroom and workplace, you will find me engaged in sports, cooking, traveling the world or socializing.
