I have 4+ years of expertise in implementing end- to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Agreements and monitoring Platform Performance. • Experience working in different Service Now implementations handling multiple clients at the same time. • Responsible for maintaining and growing data held within Service Now such as our users, locations, configuration items, service catalog items. • Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS and HTML/CSS • Managed system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing and third-party integration for ServiceNow platform. • Designed the most complex user system interfaces and business application prototypes. • Worked very closely with ITSM Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analysts, IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITSM processes and ServiceNow are in a controlled and predictive manner. • Used Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the ServiceNow. • Performed day to day administration of the Service-Now tool Maintain business services and configuration item relationships in Service-Now tool. • Defined the functional needs for our ITSM system, ServiceNow, and architected the specific implementation. • Responsible for troubleshooting ITSM issues and Integration related work such as CMDB, LDAP and Network Automation. • Developed Service Catalog items based on the requirement provided by the stakeholders. • Develop standards for service catalog taxonomy, request forms and workflows based on ServiceNow best practice • Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, UI Policy, and UI Actions. • Configured Service Level Agreements (SLA\'s) to define certain levels of services to incident management and Service catalogs. • Worked with QA and testing teams to coordinate UAT and Smoke testing
