Working on Cyber Risk Management contract through Assyst to provide assistance with data science, natural language understanding, deep learning and machine learning in Security Data Lake Initiative at CMS.1. Security Data Lake (SDL) Ask Me - An Agentic ChatbotA full stack, large language model based agentic chatbot to locate database, table and schema by scanning table metadata information stored within snowflake database. Developed fastAPI based backend by leveraging AWS bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, PGVector to gain insights in SDL through queries in natural language prompts. Deployed Langfuse to track model costs and usage and monitor agentic workflows.Concepts Implemented: Vector Store, AWS bedrock based agents, Agentic workflows, Memory in Agents, CI/CD on github actions to deploy the application on ECS through Terraform.2. Anomaly Detection System to Monitor the health of Data LakeApplied Anomaly Detection in Snowflake datasets to detect feed ingestion failures and partial ingestions. Implemented Classification and Regression using the LGBoost model paired with z-score computation to detect anomalies in the daily trends of incoming data. Created a slack alerting mechanism to alert anomalies to the developers team.3. Data Source Integration and Migration to Security Data LakeDeveloped AWS lambda functions and step functions to periodically fetch data from various data sources and structure it from JSON objects to tabular objects. Created Stages, Snowpipes, Views and Tables in Snowflake to ingest data coming from lambda functions.RSA Archer database to help the federal client with Authorization Packages, POAMs, allocated controls, Privacy Impact Assessments etc.
