Business Development Activities:Drive business development initiatives in both domestic and international markets for investment casting products.Engage in lead generation and maintain effective communication with clients.4. Client communication and inquiry handling:Generate inquiries and meticulously prepare quotations for customers.Facilitate the customer registration process for new clients.Conduct follow-ups on customer inquiries and quotations.5. Comprehensive Project Management:Take charge of complete project management, from the preliminary development stage to the dispatch of final products to customers.6. Query Resolution:Professionally address customer queries pertaining to technical, quality, and commercial terms.Ensure swift resolution of any issues or concerns raised by customers.This role involves overseeing the entire process from customer inquiry to the delivery of final products, with a strong emphasis on effective communication, project management, and addressing customer needs at various stages. The focus is on both domestic and international markets, requiring a proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
