SKILLS
ABOUT RAHUL BHARDWAJ
I am a strong believer that being versatile and able to get the work done or deliver success is more important than excelling in a tool or technology. If not now, Agility and versatility will be a necessity soon.Starting off from an Instrumentation technology student who was studying microprocessors and microbiology at the same time deciding to pursue computers and technology and then later doing master’s in computer application, my life has been about adapting to changes and excelling in the work at hand. But, being agile never means having no goal or sense of direction. There is nothing more engaging than working towards a target and adjusting to the means of getting there. I can proudly say that I love what I do, and I have shaped my career starting from a small web designing and SEO venture to leading software development and operations in a consulting firm. I started off as a skilled programmer and used technologies like “php, javascript, css, html, Jscript.net.net, xml”, but I was quick enough to realize that I was a lot more than just being a programmer. I soon grew up to be an equally good business analyst, a project coordinator, and then project and operations lead.I have around 10 years of industry experience with more than 8 years of working with North American and Canadian clients in the consulting domain. I specialize in scrum and waterfall project management, client coordination and team management.I love solving problems and designing solutions for the client. I love the fact that I am instrumental in creating an impact on the way organizations strategize their future actions. I love the fact that I can deliver client value and I will keep delivering and in so many better ways in the times to come.
